Strategic Services

Autonomy Interwoven Trusted Advisory Practice (TAP) provides strategic services to many of the Fortune 1000 companies that use Autonomy Interwoven technologies for enterprise content management. We help these firms drive efficiencies from people, processes, and technology enhancements. The focus of the Trusted Advisor Practice goes beyond product implementations with holistic assessments and recommendations to help companies optimize content business operations-and maximize their investment in Autonomy Interwoven technology.

Offerings

The offerings of the TAP are designed to transition common, current-state pain points to the future-state resolution.

Operational Audit
Examines the customer environment to discover gaps, inefficiencies, or failures within the current business and technical processes surrounding content management.
Strategic Solution Design
Resolves gaps, inefficiencies, or failures within the current business and technical processes surrounding content management discovered in the TAP Operational Audit.
Trusted Advisory
Manages the ongoing performance of the solutions recommended in the Strategic Solution Design. Key performance indicators of the solution and service level agreements (SLAs) brokered in the strategic solution design phase are held in check by this offering. TAP architects play a central role in keeping customers on the roadmap to long-term success.

4i Advisory Process

Trusted Advisors follow their unique 4i Advisory Process to assess the current state of your operations and to empower your teams to define a future state with action plans. We offer a set of holistic and focused consulting offerings to help you efficiently manage complex content in today's dynamic environment-and maximize revenues.

Engagement Showcase

Autonomy Interwoven Trusted Advisors work with customers in a hands-on fashion to put into practice solutions that surface in our workshops. The following engagements showcase two cutting-edge solution designs lead by our Trusted Advisors.

Content Operation SLAs

Diverse clients from vastly different industries-such as Allstate, Salve-Regina, and Cummins-look to TAP to help them drive comprehensive service level agreements (SLAs) between business subject-matter experts, Web development teams, and IT infrastructure teams to quickly deploy and manage sites. TAP has recently led SLA sessions in which they help stakeholders broker the highest and best use of an Autonomy Interwoven Web Content Management system across the enterprise.

WCM Governance Modeling

Technology alone cannot account for a successful content management organization. Skills and workflows need to be standardized to govern branding, content quality, and consistency across domains or markets. TAP helps customers-such as CareFirst and Canadian Broadcasting Company-establish centers of excellence that enforce guiding principles of content management but empower business units to be masters of their own dominion. Establishing governance councils helps leverage common components across multiple areas of responsibility and repurpose content for greater brand consistency. This in turn leads to increased return on operations (ROO) and higher conversion rates at the point of customer interaction.

Team Profile

Each engagement will match your company's specific needs to the right mix of expertise on the TAP team, who have diverse backgrounds ranging from EIAs to MBAs. Trusted Advisors work in parallel with the delivery teams of our consulting organization to help steer parallel tracks of successful solutions and successful implementations.
