Customer Liaison Support Program (CLSP)

Autonomy's Customer Liaison and Support program establishes direct informal communications with all Autonomy Group customers in order to create an additional support layer for liaison activities above and beyond all other formal support processes such as the Autonomy Help Desk and Professional Services.

Reporting directly to the office of the CEO and Founder, CLSP maintains regular contact with customers in order to assess and gauge customer perceptions; engage and invite customers to external Autonomy sponsored events and activities such as Customer Innovation Forums - where customers meet and share with their peers - as well as sponsor feedback and liaison opportunities with internal Autonomy departments such as Research & Development.

The Customer Liaison and Support program has supported Autonomy group operations for over ten years and proven extremely successful in providing customers with a consistent point of informal interaction while providing Autonomy with insights projected 'over the horizon' customer requirements which have not only met individual customer requirements but also repeatedly been proven to reliably outline future marketplace developments as a whole.

Please complete the details on the application form to register your interest in the Customer Liaison and Support program and enable a CLSP representative to contact you.
