Autonomy Channels
|
|
Data is automatically categorized, without the need for manual intervention or pre-tagging, using concepts found within the unstructured text. This ensures that all data is classified in the correct context with the utmost accuracy. The aggregated information is then presented to users in the form of channels. |
Channels facilitate the creation of a directory structure that is both easy-to-navigate and maintain. From an administrative standpoint, users with appropriate administrative permission can create and administer the category channels that users have access to within a structured workflow.
Through category channels, users are able to:
- View category results
- View category summaries
- View highlighted contents
- Create agents from category results
- Suggest relevant documents
- Create hierarchical channels
- View information in real-time as it is dynamically updated into the channels
Administrators with editor permissions are able to:
- Create subcategories
- Train categories using natural language, documents and terms and weights
- Restrict category results
- View category results
- Retrain categories
- Edit categories
- Review rejected categories
- Delete categories (if their edits have been rejected)
- Move categories within the category hierarchy
