Morgan Cole turns to Interwoven and FWBS to significantly improve matter & process management

London, UK - January 29, 2009 - Interwoven, Inc. (NASDAQ: IWOV), a global leader in content management solutions, announced today that Morgan Cole has selected a joint solution from Interwoven and FWBS Ltd to manage its business content, and drive process improvement firm-wide.

Morgan Cole, a leading UK-based law firm, needed a better way to manage critical business content including emails, client documents, precedents and forms. The company also wanted to improve and manage compliance processes that scale across diverse geographical locations. To tackle these challenges, Morgan Cole will deploy Interwoven WorkSite and FWBS Matter Centre as a combined solution. "The current business climate means that we have to scrutinize every technology purchase," said Jeff Wright, Partner and Information and Technology Director at Morgan Cole. "But since the joint Interwoven/FWBS solution will so dramatically improve our ability to serve clients, the decision to purchase was an easy one. We're confident that we will have the flexibility and efficiency we've been looking for to manage business content & processes firm wide."
