AUTONOMY CORPORATION PLC RESULTS OF GENERAL MEETING

CAMBRIDGE, England - 16 February 2009 - Autonomy Corporation plc (LSE: AU. or AU.L), a global leader in infrastructure software for the enterprise, held a General Meeting in Cambridge, England today for the purpose of approving the acquisition of Interwoven, Inc.

The sole resolution tabled in respect thereof passed with the requisite majority, with in excess of 99.99% of votes in favour of the resolution.
