Interwoven Receives Top Honors in Law Technology News Awards

Interwoven Recognized for Leadership in Document Management System and Records Management Categories

San Jose, Calif. - December 16, 2008 - Interwoven, Inc. (NASDAQ: IWOV), a global leader in content management solutions, today announced that it has won Gold and Silver awards in Law Technology News' (LTN) sixth annual Technology Awards. For the second consecutive year, the awards were selected by the publication's more than 40,000 subscribers, identifying products and services that represented outstanding achievement in legal technology in 2008. This is also the second straight year that Interwoven has won a top honor. This year, Interwoven WorkSite won the Gold award in the Document Management Systems category and Interwoven RecordsManager won the Silver award in the Records Management Software category. Worksite provides a shared environment for storing matter file content, including email, and a system for tracking updates, milestones, and communications. RecordsManager lets firms manage retention policy of form records: physical, electronic, and email from a single point of administration.

"Each year, our readers have set the bar higher for our award winners, reflecting the needs and experience of their clients," added Kevin Iredell, group director, brand management for Incise Media, publisher of Law Technology News. "We're delighted to welcome this year's winning products and companies to this elite group and we congratulate them on this significant achievement."

"Our mission is to provide firms with the best solutions for addressing the increasing challenges of information management and governance, which can only be achieved by listening to, and working with, our clients very closely," said Neil Araujo, vice president, PSIS marketing, Interwoven. "These awards are a strong validation that our commitment to our customers and excellence is reflected in our products. We're honoured to be recognized by Law Technology News and its subscribers for our efforts."
