Thommessen makes the switch to Interwoven WorkSite

London - September 22, 2008 - London, 22 September 2008 - Interwoven, Inc. (NASDAQ: IWOV), a global leader in content management solutions, has today announced that it has been chosen by Thommessen, one of Norway's largest law firm, to provide its document and email management solution WorkSite 8.

Thommessen is a leading law firm in the Nordic's region with 270 employees, of which 170 are lawyers. They provide advanced legal services to corporate clients and the public sector, both domestically and internationally. With two offices in Norway and one in London, Thommessen recognised the need for a centralised, searchable, and collaborative means of managing information.

After evaluating the latest solution from their existing document management provider, as well as Interwoven Worksite 8, Thommessen decided to switch to Interwoven's WorkSite. The firm believes that WorkSite 8 enables a more flexible and functional solution, providing staff with easy access to client and work related files from any location.

WorkSite 8 will allow all of Thommessen's employees to easily collaborate on client matters and allow the firm to centralise document and email management to deliver superior client service and to reduce the time spent searching for client-related matter. Additionally, WorkSite 8 will also enable employees to easily work remotely if necessary.

Ole Kristian Dommerud, IT Manager at Thommessen said, "It was a difficult decision to change our document management software. However, we are very pleased to have partnered with Interwoven as we believe they will provide us with the flexibility and efficiency that we were looking for. We felt that WorkSite would be easier, faster and less costly to move to than upgrading our existing system."

"Firms continue to recognise that successfully empowering their professionals with tools that improve their effectiveness and their ability to serve clients ultimately improves competitiveness and profitability," said Stephen Murphy, Director Legal & Professional Services Group, EMEA, Interwoven.
