Schneider Electric Powers Web Presence with Interwoven

World's Leading Electricity and Automation Management Company to Rely on Interwoven to Drive Websites in 40 Languages in 130 Countries

SAN JOSE, Calif., - March 31, 2008 - Interwoven, Inc. (NASDAQ: IWOV), a global leader in content management solutions, today announced that Schneider Electric, the world's leading electricity and automation management company with €17.3 billion in 2007 revenues, has selected Interwoven to power its global Web presence.

Schneider Electric will use Interwoven TeamSite, Interwoven LiveSite, Interwoven MediaBin, and Interwoven OpenDeploy to provide its customers and partners with a consistent, relevant, and engaging online experience. In addition, Schneider Electric will use Interwoven to deliver a consistent brand message across its network of Websites, and execute targeted and effective global marketing campaigns.
