THE REPUBLIC OF SLOVENIA SELECTS AUTONOMY MERIDIO FOR WTO'S HEALTH INITIATIVE

Meridio's Records Management Solution Provides Order, Control and Security to the Management of Health Records

Cambridge, UK and Belfast, NI. - February 19, 2008 - Meridio, an Autonomy company (LSE: AU. or AU.L) and a leading provider of Records Management software, today announced that the Phytosanitary Administration of the Republic of Slovenia (PARS) has selected Meridio's records management solution to effectively manage its growing volume of physical and electronic documents and records, allowing the country to better comply with the World Trade Organization's initiative to improve food safety, animal and plant health.

The Phytosanitary Administration is part of the Republic of Slovenia's Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Food (MAFF) and is also the central authority for phytosanitary matters in the country. The Administration implements regulations that control many aspects of food safety, ranging from plant health, protection of plant varieties, conservation of plant genetic resources to the quality control of fertilizers.

As the Administration represents the Republic of Slovenia in international organizations and EU working bodies, it is responsible for matters relating to the operation of public services and the authorized institutions in the phytosanitary field, as well as their control. As a result, PARS compiles and manages a large volume of reports, analysis, information and other documents relating to the phytosanitary field of work. To better manage and store this growing volume of documents and records, PARS selected Autonomy Meridio to provide a highly secure, flexible and scalable records management solution that allows users to access and share authorized documents from multiple locations.

"Meridio provides order, control and security to the management of business records, including emails," said Katarina Groznik, director of the Republic of Slovenia's Phytosanitary Administration. "After extensive evaluation of the available records management solutions in the market, we found that only Meridio can provide us with the most flexible system that allows us to easily and quickly find and share documents with other institutions, saving our organization significant time and money."

"PARS is a great example of an organization that while being proactive about compliance is able to see direct benefits in information management," said Brian Baird, CEO of Autonomy Meridio. "Autonomy Meridio will help PARS in its important mission of keeping our food and environment safe."
