Interwoven MediaBin Now Features Integration with Informative Graphics Publishing Technology

Integration Helps CAD Users Speed Transition from Design Creation to Delivery of Marketing Materials

SAN JOSE, Calif., - December 5, 2007 - Interwoven, Inc. (NASDAQ: IWOV), a global leader in content management solutions, and Informative Graphics Corp., a leader in content visualization, collaboration and redaction technology today announced an integration designed to address the viewing and collaboration needs of engineers, architects, product designers, animators, retail store designers, and others who work in sophisticated engineering design or 3D modeling applications.

In the past, engineers had found it difficult to share designs with colleagues and marketers. Interwoven MediaBin, an award-winning digital asset management product, now features integration with Informative Graphics' Net-It® Enterprise .Net publishing (NEN) engine to allow users to view and collaborate on complex CAD, 2D, and 3D file types. The integration helps speed the transition from design, creation, and distribution of marketing materials and enables users to view and collaborate on documents by sharing their previously isolated design work.

With NEN embedded into MediaBin, users can now share complex design work at any stage of the lifecycle with anyone that has access to MediaBin. This integration now provides the common environment for sharing, previewing and collaborating on over 40 complex CAD, 2D, and 3D file types. Serving as the intermediary central repository, MediaBin users can preview a design document via a Web browser. Additionally, the solution can transform the original CAD, 2D or 3D file into a wide range of common and popular image formats.

For example, manufacturers can now prime their distribution channels for upcoming products by creating early stage marketing proofs. Early stage proofs can include an engineering drawing or schematic ensuring consistency in a company's brand representation from concept to final product.

"Sharing 2D and 3D CAD data downstream is core to our technology and history, making this integration the perfect fit," said Gary Heath, president and CEO of Informative Graphics. "We are very excited to be part of the MediaBin solution and look forward to working with Interwoven to fulfill the needs of this market."

"This integration is the result of listening to the needs of our customers with a very specific set of sophisticated requirements," said Paige Mantel, vice president of product marketing at Interwoven. "We look forward to working with Informative Graphics on continuing to evolve our Interwoven MediaBin offering in this area."
