NASDAQ Selects Interwoven to Join New Internet Index

SAN JOSE, Calif., - December 3, 2007 - Interwoven today announced that it was selected by NASDAQ for inclusion in its recently launched Internet Index (sm) (NASDAQ: QNET). The Index, which launched November 27th, tracks the performance of companies engaged in a broad range of internet-related services including internet access providers, internet search engines, web hosting, website design, and internet retail commerce.

According to NASDAQ's press release announcing the new index on November 27th, "the NASDAQ Internet Index is comprised of securities of companies that are at the forefront of internet technology. They are leading innovators in providing faster internet access, creating more intuitive e-commerce experiences, and developing the second generation Web." Other companies selected for the index include Amazon, eBay, Google, Priceline.com, and Shutterfly.
