Interwoven Names Sanjay Aurora Vice President , APAC

Singapore - October 23, 2007 - Interwoven, Inc. (NASDAQ: IWOV), a global leader in content management solutions, today announced that it has named Sanjay Aurora as vice president of Interwoven's operations in the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region, effective today.

Aurora returns to Interwoven after leading Oracle's small-to-medium sized business group in ASEAN. "The APAC region is synonymous with growth, and we are pleased to have Sanjay's experience to lead Interwoven's own expansion efforts in this exciting area of the world," said Max Carnecchia, president at Interwoven. "With content driving so many businesses today, Interwoven believes there is a great opportunity to help companies across the region optimize their online presence, increase business agility, and help drive and manage growth. Sanjay's proven leadership at Interwoven is a strong foundation for our continued success in Asia Pacific."

Prior to joining Interwoven in 2002, Aurora held positions in sales, marketing and business development for Parametric Technology Corp (PTC) and Wipro Infotech Ltd. Aurora holds a degree in computer science and technology from the Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee.
