Interwoven Names Stephen Walker Managing Director for Australia and New Zealand

SYDNEY - September 11, 2007 - Interwoven, Inc. (NASDAQ: IWOV), a global leader in content management solutions, today announced the appointment of Stephen Walker as managing director Australia and New Zealand based in Sydney, Australia. In this role, Walker will be responsible for the continued growth of the Australia and New Zealand businesses, and will report to James Murray, vice president of sales, Asia Pacific.

Walker joins Interwoven with over 20 years of experience in building and growing highly successful regional operations for a wide range of enterprise software providers. Walker also has extensive experience in the content management market in Australia and New Zealand covering business, technology, sales, and project execution.

Most recently, Walker was general manager sales - Asia for Objective Corporation where he was responsible for the enterprise content management vendor's sales and service delivery in New South Wales, Queensland, Western Australia, and New Zealand. During his six years with the organisation, he established offices in Brisbane, Perth and Wellington, achieved government panel contract success in New South Wales and Western Australia and established partner relationships in the New Zealand market.

Prior to Objective Corporation, Walker was business development manager at global workflow vendor, Staffware, where he held responsibility for sales, account and channel management as well as contract negotiation.

Walker has also held a variety of business development and sales management positions in the workforce management, retail, legal publishing and residential construction sectors, with organisations including Kronos, Smart Retail Terminals, CCH Australia, and Pole Houses. He commenced his career with PricewaterhouseCoopers in accounting and corporate services. "Stephen has the results-oriented track record that we were looking for in our managing director for the Australian and New Zealand market," said James Murray, vice president, Asia Pacific at Interwoven. "His proven ability to successfully drive product and solution adoption makes him an excellent fit with both our existing regional team and, most importantly, our customer and partner base. Walker has a Bachelor of Commerce (Hons.) from the University of New South Wales.
