Rafiq Mohammadi to Discuss Vision for Content Management Within the Legal Industry

SAN JOSE, Calif., - August 14, 2007 - Interwoven, Inc. (NASDAQ: IWOV), a global leader in content management solutions, today announced that Chief Strategy Officer Rafiq Mohammadi will present at the G100 CIO Forum, an invitation-only event held for the CIOs of the 100 largest law firms in the world. He will address the key trends driving the need for firms to adopt matter-centric information management, and how law firms can effectively apply this organizational model to deal with the records management challenges posed by today's complex content environments and regulatory requirements.

The G100 CIO Forum will take place at the ILTA '07 Annual Educational Conference in Orlando, Florida, where some of the world's largest law firms will gather to discuss the role of content management in the information management lifecycle. The G100 CIO Forum event is designed for CIOs by CIOs in affiliation with ILTA.

Mohammadi will participate on the Enterprise Content Management Panel Discussion on August 20th, from 3:00pm to 4:30pm. As the Chief Strategy Officer, Rafiq oversees the software development, product engineering, and internal systems behind Interwoven's award-winning products.
