EIDOSMEDIA EXTENDS OEM AGREEMENT WITH AUTONOMY

New IDOL Functions Embedded Within State-of-the-Art Knowledge Management And Cross Media Publishing Environment

Cambridge, UK and San Francisco, Calif. - July 9th, 2007 - Autonomy Corporation plc (LSE: AU. or AU.L), a global leader in infrastructure software for the enterprise, today announced that EidosMedia, a leading provider of software solutions for publishing organizations, has chosen to strengthen its Knowledge Management and cross media publishing environment, Méthode, by embedding additional features and extending its OEM agreement with Autonomy. EidosMedia utilizes Autonomy's technology to provide prominent international clients, such as the Financial Times, Le Figaro, Edipresse and Rizzoli Corriere della Sera Group, with instant access to text, graphics and multimedia assets, spread across a variety of different repositories.

Responding to the need for innovation within the publishing sector, EidosMedia launched Méthode to incorporate their vision of News and Media companies as Knowledge Management organizations par excellence, with the need for new Knowledge Management solutions. Méthode is already using Autonomy's next-generation technology for Conceptual Retrieval, Indexing and Hyperlinking and will now incorporate two new IDOL functions; Categorization and Clustering.
