ZANTAZ Named A Top-Five Electronic Discovery Service Provider In The Socha-Gelbmann 2007 Electronic Discovery Survey

ZANTAZ Ranked Top-Five Service Provider for Third Year in a Row

PLEASANTON, Calif. - July 2, 2007 - ZANTAZ, Inc., a global leader in electronic discovery and content archiving solutions, has once again been ranked a top-five Electronic Discovery service provider in the prestigious 2007 Socha-Gelbmann Electronic Discovery Survey. This is the third year in a row ZANTAZ, which offers First Discovery, an end-to-end Electronic Data Discovery (EDD) solution, and Introspect, one of the industry's most scalable and efficient litigation support solutions, has been ranked a top-five service provider. In addition, the company was named a top-ten software provider. The complete survey results will be available in August.

"This year we increased the breadth and depth of the information we obtained from many of the largest law firms in the U.S., as well as the most active users of electronic discovery services," said George Socha of Socha Consulting and Tom Gelbmann, of Gelbmann & Associates. "The top-ranked firms really stand out from a formidable array of electronic data discovery service providers. These firms consistently have a broad offering, receive positive mention from respondents, and generate significant revenue from their electronic discovery solutions."

"Our continued high ranking in the Socha-Gelbmann survey is a direct result of our focus on providing customers with highly flexible solutions that simplify the electronic discovery and review process while removing costs and risk," said Steve King, president and CEO, ZANTAZ. "Our customers tell us that key to the purchase decision is our continuing ability to meet their specific technical, cost, and workflow requirements within the context of some of the largest, most demanding litigation and investigations ongoing today."

ZANTAZ Introspect is the most complete online discovery review application for complex litigation and compliance projects, providing image and native file review, multi-level foldering, and full-production capabilities in a highly scalable solution. ZANTAZ Introspect manages email, all relevant types of documents, including native electronic files, scanned paper documents, and transcripts.

ZANTAZ First Discovery is ZANTAZ' end-to-end EDD solution for regulatory and legal requests. This service performs the critical function of taking a company's raw data and organizing, formatting, processing, and indexing that information so that it can be effectively used for litigation.
