Interwoven Developer Network Surpasses 20,000 Member Milestone

SUNNYVALE, Calif., - June 4, 2007 - Interwoven, Inc. (NASDAQ: IWOV), a global leader in content management solutions, announced that the Interwoven Developer Network (DevNet), a knowledge-sharing community for developers and customers, has passed the 20,000 member milestone.

"After a year in which we added 340 new customers, surpassing the 20,000 DevNet member mark is another indication of Interwoven's momentum," said Ben Kiker, chief marketing officer at Interwoven. "Interwoven DevNet's mission is to empower developers and customers with the most up-to-date resources to enable them to create powerful, game-changing content management applications. The growing popularity of Interwoven DevNet further demonstrates the expanding footprint and growing importance of the Interwoven ecosystem. The expanding network of customers, partners, and developers is evidence that content management is now one of the most important initiatives a company can undertake to drive growth and business success."

Interwoven's Developer Network is a community designed for customers, partners and developers to share and benefit from each other's experiences and also serves as a social extension of Interwoven's customer support infrastructure. The Interwoven DevNet community gathers "virtually" for regular knowledge sharing Webcasts, user groups, and discussion boards along with Interwoven product managers, engineers and customer support engineers. Interwoven DevNet member Adam Stoller has been a member since 2002, and with more than 10,500 DevNet forum posts, has contributed extensively to Interwoven's collective body of product knowledge.

"Interwoven's DevNet is a very valuable site that links me to thousands of other Interwoven users across the world," said Adam Stoller, principal at eFish-ent Consulting. "Over the years I have enjoyed sharing my knowledge and have benefited from gathering and exchanging information with other members, many of whom bring their own special area of expertise to the forums as we strive to identify content management best practices."

Interwoven regularly demonstrates its commitment to the developer community with additional resources beyond the Interwoven DevNet extranet. The community comes together at key Interwoven events such as regional user groups and Interwoven GearUp conferences. This spring's GearUp conference featured a variety of technical breakout sessions led by developers, partners, customers, and Interwoven engineers.

About Interwoven DevNet Operated by developers for developers, Interwoven DevNet provides a place for members of the content management community to share expertise and find answers for implementing content management solutions for business across Interwoven's comprehensive platform. DevNet's more than 20,000 members include Web architects, Web managers, IT decision-makers and others involved in developing and deploying content management solutions throughout the enterprise. Resources available on the DevNet extranet include rich technical articles, moderated forums, specifications and Webcasts devoted to building content-rich applications, as well as an easily-searchable archive of articles written by peers and Interwoven experts providing best practice examples and in-depth technological guidance. In addition to serving as a source for Interwoven product and solution material, DevNet is a valuable resource for industry trends in Web Services and SOA. DevNet is available free of charge and can be accessed through a self-registration process at http://devnet.interwoven.com/site.fcgi.
