AUTONOMY RECOGNIZES MICROLINK WITH GLOBAL PARTNER OF THE YEAR AWARD

Partnership Enables Key U.S. Federal Government Agencies to Standardize on Autonomy's Meaning-Based Computing Platform

Cambridge, UK and San Francisco, Calif. - June 1, 2007 - Autonomy Corporation plc (LSE: AU. or AU.L), a global leader in infrastructure software for the enterprise, today announced that MicroLink has been recognized as Autonomy's Global Partner of the Year. The two companies collaborated to deliver best-of-breed Meaning-Based Computing solutions to many of the largest Federal agencies in the U.S. Government in the past year.

These agencies include:

The U.S. Air Force
The U.S. Department of Energy
The U.S. Department of Homeland Security
The U.S. Defence Intelligence Agency's Global Disease Sentinel Network
The Federal Reserve Board
The Joint Special Operations Command
The U.S. Library of Congress
NASA
The U.S. Navy
The U.S. State Department
The U.S. Strategic Command
The U.S. Secret Service.

"We are honored to be recognized by Autonomy," said Dave Truitt, president of MicroLink. "Autonomy and MicroLink have worked together for many years to power some of the largest e-Gov projects. These government departments and agencies have realized the importance and value of Autonomy's Meaning-based Computing platform, IDOL, for accessing, sharing and processing both structured and unstructured information. Autonomy offers advanced capabilities, like concept-based search and mapped security, which no other companies in its space can deliver."

Autonomy IDOL sits above an organization's data and serves as a platform for the conceptual and contextual understanding of information in an enterprise. This complete infrastructure layer allows for the automatic categorization, tagging, linking, retrieval and profiling of all forms of unstructured information in real-time regardless of repository. It automatically analyzes any piece of information from 1,000 different content formats, including text, voice or video and delivers over 500 functions including hyperlinking, agents, summarization, taxonomy generation, retrieval, channels, clustering, eduction, profiling, sentiment analysis, collaboration, and alerting. The IDOL platform also provides a flexible framework incorporating the essential attributes of an enterprise infrastructure platform, including scalability, mapped security, global language support and support for future technologies.

"We are pleased to recognize MicroLink for the successful implementations of Autonomy's technology within the US Federal Government in the past few years," said Mike Lynch, chief executive officer of Autonomy. "The strength of Autonomy meets the strength of MicroLink very well. Our joint force generates tangible business benefits for government agencies, providing enhanced levels of service, expertise and dedication."
