Interwoven Names Bob L. Corey Chairman of the Board

SUNNYVALE, Calif., - May 7, 2007 - Interwoven, Inc. (NASDAQ: IWOV), a global leader in content management solutions, today announced that Bob Corey has been named chairman of the Interwoven Board of Directors. A member of the Interwoven Board since 2003, Corey's career spans a wide range of executive management and board member positions at successful enterprise software companies. Frank Franzilli, the previous Interwoven chairman of the board, will continue to serve as a director and chair the board's strategy committee.

Most recently, Corey served as executive vice president and chief financial officer of Thor Technologies, Inc., a provider of enterprise provisioning software. Prior to joining Thor Technologies, Corey served as executive vice president and chief financial officer of Documentum, Inc., a provider of enterprise content management software. Before joining Documentum, Corey served as senior vice president of finance and administration, and chief financial officer for Forte Software, Inc., a provider of software development tools and services. Currently an independent management consultant, Corey serves on the board of directors of both private and public companies, including Extreme Networks (EXTR), Veraz Networks (VRAZ) and Amberpoint.
