Invest Northern Ireland implements Meridio for Enterprise Document and Records Management
Meridio helps Invest Northern Ireland share information and improve service delivery
Belfast NI, March 30, 2007 – Meridio, the leading worldwide provider of enterprise Document and Records Management (eDRM) software engineered for Microsoft® .NET based technologies, today announced that Invest Northern Ireland (Invest NI) a Non-Departmental Public Body that promotes innovation, enterprise and international competitiveness in Northern Ireland businesses has deployed Meridio to improve business efficiency and service delivery.
Invest NI has implemented Meridio eDRM to further streamline business activity across the organization. Meridio was selected to integrate different information management processes and information sources into a single repository. Meridio eDRM provides document, email and records management for Invest NI and automates key constituent-facing applications such as Freedom of Information (FOI). Meridio allows employees to share information securely about clients and events, facilitating a complete view of the client leading to improved process efficiencies and enhanced customer service.
