CrimsonLogic and Interwoven Team to Offer Superior Solutions for Business Process and Document Management

Collaboration addresses high costs of paper-based records, decreased business agility, and the lack of business intelligence

SINGAPORE - March 1, 2007 - Leading IT solutions provider CrimsonLogic Pte Ltd and content management solutions provider Interwoven, Inc. team to offer customers a one-stop solution for business process and document management

The collaboration addresses troublesome issues such as the high costs of maintaining paper-based records, decreased business agility due to poor document management, and the lack of business intelligence on the data collected via forms. These issues result in an organization's diminished productivity and are common in process-centric and document intensive industries such as the trade & logistics and financial services.

"The collaboration between CrimsonLogic and Interwoven provides enterprises a holistic approach for dealing with issues faced in business process and document management, ultimately giving our customers greater control and efficiency in their business," said Tang Weng Sing, Director of Technology Development, CrimsonLogic.

"The products from both companies are best-in-class in their own domain space. Through the alliance, we will be able to better leverage each other's expertise and offer a holistic solution to meet the customers' needs which was a challenge in the past," said Foo Mao Gen, Managing Director, South Asia and Hong Kong, Interwoven, Inc.

CrimsonLogic's Performa Office - an Intelligent Business Forms Process Management product that is based on the W3C XForms open standard - and Interwoven's WorkSite - a Collaborative Document Management product - will benefit customers by providing a full-fledge one-stop solution for business process and collaborative document management. CrimsonLogic's Performa Office complements Interwoven's WorkSite by offering Intelligent Electronic Forms, Business Process Management and Business Intelligence capabilities. The fully interactive Performa Forms naturally extends the types of electronic document assets that are managed centrally by WorkSite which also provides comprehensive search, versioning and archival capabilities.
