Meridio 5 satisfies Governance needs through the 2007 Microsoft Office system user experience by providing:

Meridio 5 leverages Exchange Server 2007 to help an organization take advantage of the information opportunity and manage the liability of Email. Exchange Server 2007 Managed Folders are linked to Meridio Enterprise Document Capture to meet compliance needs for even the highest volumes of Email.

Meridio 5 works with the Windows Workflow Foundation, provided with Windows Vista, and the .NET Framework 3.0 to facilitate process automation to meet governance requirements.

Meridio Storage Services for Microsoft Office SharePoint Server 2007 works on the SharePoint Server 2007 Records Repository to migrate content between high-capacity, high-performance, high-availability, low-cost and specialized compliance devices. The solution leverages SharePoint Server 2007 policy features to initiative the ILM cycle, and work within the SharePoint Server 2007 repository. With Meridio Storage Services for Microsoft Office SharePoint Server 2007, an organization can implement a strategy that:

Optimizes TeamSite storage costs, by ensuring that SharePoint Server 2007 content is on the lowest cost media most appropriate for the value of the content.
Increases operational efficiency by greatly reducing the backup and restore times of the SharePoint Server 2007 database.
