Meridio Announces the Availability of Meridio® 4.4 SR1 International
Meridio® 4.4 now localized to support non-English Speaking users
Waltham MA, November 28, 2006 – Meridio, the leading worldwide provider of enterprise Document and Records Management (eDRM) software engineered for Microsoft® .NET Framework based technologies announced today the availability of Meridio 4.4 SR1 International. Meridio 4.4 SR1 International will support users who speak Norwegian, Dutch, Spanish, German, European French and Italian.
Meridio 4.4 focuses on key customer requirements:
- Performance/scalability, mobility, and ease of use.
- Introduction of new web-services targeted at high performance over low bandwidth networks - Utilizing Microsoft Smart-Client technology to both improve the performance of Meridio and improving the user experience of "Mobile Information Workers" through improved offline capabilities in Microsoft Outlook
- Federation of Meridio systems within Microsoft Outlook
- Introduction of Smart Shortcut™ technology, linking Collaboration spaces to records allowing the full protection of document and records while fully maintaining the SharePoint user experience
