Meridio Selected for the US Federal Government SmartBUY Program

Program Enables Federal Agencies to cost effectively purchase enterprise Document and Records Management Software

Waltham MA, November 21, 2006 – Meridio, the leading worldwide provider of enterprise Document and Records Management (eDRM) software engineered for Microsoft® .NET platforms announced today their qualification for the US Government SmartBUY program.

Pursuant to Section 5112 of the Clinger Cohen Act of 1996, the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) initiated a federal government-wide software enterprise-licensing program called SmartBUY. The SmartBUY program consolidates the purchasing power of the federal government to obtain optimal pricing and preferred terms and conditions. GSA is the executive agent leading the SmartBUY initiative.

This SmartBUY agreement will make enterprise Document and Records Management (eDRM) products available under this key government initiative.
