AUTONOMY SIGNS MULTIPLE CONTRACTS WITH WOLTERS KLUWER

Cambridge, UK - Nov. 21, 2006 - Autonomy Corporation plc (LSE: AU. or AU.L), a global leader in infrastructure software for the enterprise, today announced that Wolters Kluwer, a leading global information services and publishing company, has signed multiple agreements to deploy Autonomy IDOL Server software across a number of European locations.

Wolters Kluwer is a leading global information services and publishing company. The company provides products and services for professionals in the health, tax, accounting, corporate, financial services, legal and regulatory, and education sectors.

Autonomy's agreement with Wolters Kluwer is based on software license and maintenance fees.
