ZANTAZ Named One of Silicon Valley's Fastest Growing Software & Information Technology Companies in Deloitte's Technology Fast 50 Program

ZANTAZ Attributes A 3,435 Percent Revenue Growth to Its Flexible Approach To Content Archiving and Electronic Discovery Solutions in the Face of Companies' Rapidly Increasing Needs to Efficiently Manage, Archive and Retrieve Large Amounts Of Electronic Data

PLEASANTON, Calif. - Oct. 26, 2006 - ZANTAZ, Inc., the global leader in content archiving and electronic discovery solutions, has been named to Deloitte's prestigious Technology Fast 50 Program for Silicon Valley, a ranking of the fastest growing technology, media, telecommunications and life sciences companies in the area by Deloitte & Touche USA LLP, one of the nation's leading professional services organizations. Rankings are based on the percentage revenue growth over five years from 2001-2005. ZANTAZ has experienced 3,435 percent revenue growth during that period.

"The demand for content archiving and electronic discovery solutions has been driven by rapidly evolving litigation and regulatory requirements as well as stricter corporate policies, which require organizations to archive and make immediately available an ever-increasing amount of electronic data - in particular email and files," said ZANTAZ President and CEO Steve King. "ZANTAZ has carefully listened to our customers' needs and developed the most flexible content archiving and electronic discovery solutions available in the marketplace today - deploying our products as on-demand software services, onsite software, or a combination of the two in order to meet the most sophisticated global corporate environments."

ZANTAZ' increase in revenues of 3,435 percent from 2001 to 2005 resulted in a number 6 ranking in the Software & Information Technology category of the Technology Fast 50 for Silicon Valley. The average increase in revenues among companies who made the Technology Fast 50 for this region was 1,464 percent.

To qualify for the Technology Fast 50, companies must have had operating revenues of at least $50,000 in 2001 and $5,000,000 in 2005, be headquartered in North America, and be a company that owns proprietary technology or proprietary intellectual property that contributes to a significant portion of the company's operating revenues; or devotes a significant proportion of revenues to the research and development of technology. Using other companies' technology or intellectual property in a unique way does not qualify.

Winners of the 16 regional Technology Fast 50 programs in the United States and Canada are automatically entered in Deloitte's Technology Fast 500 program, which ranks North America's top 500 fastest growing technology, media, telecommunications and life sciences companies. For more information on Deloitte's Technology Fast 50 or Technology Fast 500 programs, visit www.fast500.com.

This year's Silicon Valley Technology Fast 50 program is co-presented by Deloitte & Touche USA LLP and Silicon Valley Bank, Cooly Godward Kronish LLP, Korn/Ferry International and Porsche Motorsports.
