This year's list of respected, well-known technology strategists and consultants include:
Thomas Allman, senior counsel, Mayer, Brown, Rowe & Maw LLP. Allman, author of the law review article, "The Impact of the New Federal Rules," and frequent commentator on the impending changes to the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure (FRCP), will discuss in depth how the rule changes will impact corporate electronic discovery and archiving policies.
Brian Babineau, analyst, Enterprise Strategy Group. Babineau will participate in two roundtable discussions, "Emerging Trends in the Archiving Market and What They Mean for Your Organization" and "How does ECM/RM Tie In With Your Email Archives," both of which will concentrate on emerging trends in content archiving and how electronic content management and retention management should tie into email archiving policies.

Socha will participate on a panel discussion, "Best Practices for Implementing E-Discovery: The Convergence of Content Archiving and Electronic Discovery," which will concentrate on how to implement electronic discovery best practices and make electronic discovery efforts more cost-effective, less time-consuming, and more efficient.
