Meridio Partners Lead Industry in Worldwide Business Expansion

Strong growth in Meridio Business Partners and Worldwide Operations fuels growth exceeding industry averages

Belfast, NI, August 3, 2006 – Meridio, the leading worldwide provider of enterprise Document and Records Management (eDRM) software engineered for Microsoft® .NET platforms announced today significant growth in worldwide operations in the Fiscal Year ended June 30, 2006. Fueled by the success of Meridio partners, Meridio has seen significant growth in customer acquisition, market presence and key vertical markets.

Meridio saw license revenues rise over 100% year on year. This rapid growth was far in advance of even the most optimistic records management industry analysts' predictions of 15% and continues Meridio's record of strong, above-market growth rates over the last five years.

"Fiscal 2006 was a great year for Meridio," said Brian Baird, CEO at Meridio. "We saw our partners grow across the board, but especially in the key verticals of Government, Financial Services and Manufacturing. We achieved significant new sales across all of our geographical areas and it was particularly gratifying to see important new customer wins in North America and Asia Pacific on the back of substantial new investment in those regions. This has us well positioned for continued growth into Fiscal 2007."

"Partners are a key go-to-market strategy for Meridio," said Nigel Hutchinson, VP of Operations for EMEA. "Our partners help us penetrate key markets and countries while providing the domain knowledge necessary for Meridio to satisfy customers' Information Management problems."

"After 9 months this has resulted in a series of wins in Belgium, the Netherlands, Spain, Switzerland and Italy. Getronics is now planning to incorporate the Meridio-based e-message archiving solution in its Future Ready Workspace as an optional module."

"This year has seen a significant growth in both Meridio's product and Fujitsu's services business and our joint proposition places us in a strong position for the future."

"In fiscal year 2007 we have committed further investment and our joint marketing program will strengthen our position as a major eDRM solution provider in Scandinavia."
