Autonomy Powered Riksdagen named Best Government & Organisation Website in Sweden 2006

Website of the Swedish Parliament (www.riksdagen.se) commended by Internetworld

Cambridge, UK, - July 3, 2006 - Autonomy Corporation plc (LSE: AU. or AU.L), a global leader in infrastructure software for the enterprise, today announced that the Riksdagen (Swedish Parliament) website, powered by Autonomy's Intelligent Data Operating Layer (IDOL) has been named Best Government & Organisation Website 2006 by Internetworld.

The Riksdagen site provides information on all the latest news and events and enhances the visibility of Sweden's corridors of power. The jury, consisting of Internetworld's editors and staff, were impressed with the site's speed, particularly given the vast amount of content offered and the general aesthetics of the site.

"Autonomy is delighted that Riksdagen has won this award", says Makram Bichara at Autonomy Sweden AB. "The jury's reference to the incredibly fast search capabilities despite the massive amount of information covered is a measure of Autonomy's scalability and efficiency. We are also very pleased that Sverige.se, another Autonomy powered site, was named third in this category." www.sverige.se enables citizens to retrieve relevant information residing in more than 1000 government sites in Sweden through the use of natural language.
