ZANTAZ President and CEO Steve King Named Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year 2006 Award Winner in Northern California

Award Recognizes Entrepreneurial Excellence in Business Services Category

Pleasanton, CA, June 19, 2006 - ZANTAZ, Inc., a global leader in digital archiving and eDiscovery solutions, today announced that Steve King, president and CEO, received the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur Of The Year® 2006 Award in the Business Services category in Northern California region. According to Ernst & Young, the award recognizes outstanding entrepreneurs who are building and leading dynamic and growing businesses. King was selected by an independent panel of judges and the award was presented at an Ernst & Young Entrepreneur Of The Year 20th anniversary gala event at the San Francisco Fairmont Hotel on June 16.

ZANTAZ provides archiving and litigation support solutions that enable organizations to capture, preserve and access unstructured digital information-including email, IM, files, scanned documents, and other electronic records-and review and produce relevant documents in a manner that reduces operational risks and costs while complying with legal, regulatory and corporate policy requirements. ZANTAZ customers include 9 of the 10 top global law firms, 11 of the Fortune 25 and 14 of the top 20 Financial Securities firms.

"This award honors the contributions and commitment of every one of the nearly 450 members of the ZANTAZ organization," said King. "It also recognizes the close relationships we have built with our customers and partners, which have enabled us to take ZANTAZ from a start-up to a formidable company, cited as a leader in the archiving and eDiscovery marketplace by several top analyst firms."

The Ernst & Young Entrepreneur Of The Year awards program celebrates its 20th anniversary this year and continues to honor entrepreneurs who have demonstrated excellence and extraordinary success in such areas as innovation, financial performance, and personal commitment to their businesses and communities. "Ernst & Young is proud of its history in recognizing these outstanding leaders and their companies," said Rick Fezell, Ernst & Young Entrepreneur Of The Year program director for Northern California region.

As a Northern California award winner, King is now eligible for consideration for the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur Of The Year 2006 national program. Award winners in several national categories, as well as the overall national Ernst & Young Entrepreneur Of The Year award winner, will be announced at the annual awards gala in Palm Springs, California on November 18, 2006. The overall national Entrepreneur Of The Year award recipient is then considered for the world event held in Monte Carlo.
