Growing Demand for Customer Experience Solution and Other ECM Solutions Drives Interwoven to Open Larger European Headquarters

New offices in City of London enable expansion of sales and support for European enterprises

LONDON, England - May 2, 2006 - Interwoven, Inc. (Nasdaq: IWOV), providers of Enterprise Content Management (ECM) solutions for business, today announced that growing demand for their solutions throughout Europe has led Interwoven to open new, larger European Headquarters in the City of London. Interwoven executives will introduce their new headquarters offices by hosting clients, partners, and news media at a launch event on its roof-top balcony Thursday 4 May 2006, featuring food, drink, and entertainment. The larger offices are a result of a surge of European interest across all Interwoven solution areas, including solutions for financial institutions, legal firms, and other professional services firms, as well as the Interwoven Customer Experience Solution.

Interwoven's recently-introduced Customer Experience Solution enables the consistent global delivery of persuasive content, resulting in higher customer satisfaction, increased brand consistency, reduced time-to-market for product launches and campaigns, and increased operational efficiencies. Unlike point technologies that address only parts of the customer experience process, the Interwoven Customer Experience Solution optimises the quality of customer interactions across all touchpoints (the interaction points where a company touches a customer, such as print brochures, press releases, email messages, websites, contact centers, retail stores, television adverts, and product packaging) and across all geographies.
