Client Profiles™ Partners with ZANTAZ® to Address Firms' Email Archiving and Management Concerns

Email archiving market growing rapidly, allowing ZANTAZ to extend global network

ATLANTA, GA and PLEASANTON, CA (April 3, 2006) - Client Profiles, a leading provider of case and financial management applications and technology services for the legal profession, today announced a strategic partnership with ZANTAZ, Inc., the global leader in Information Retention and Discovery Management (IRDM). As part of the arrangement, Client Profiles Technical Services will re-sell and install ZANTAZ' Enterprise Archive Solution (EAS) advanced email message management and archiving tools to existing clients and the increasing number of law firms utilizing the Microsoft Outlook/Exchange email platform.

Client Profiles, which provides a comprehensive, integrated software platform that delivers calendaring, email, contact, document, case and financial information management, has implemented more than 1200 case and financial management systems for law practices, corporate legal departments and governmental agencies in more than 42 states. While the demand for case management technology continues to grow, firms need to establish succinct email management and archiving methods and implement such systems.

According to the 2005 ILTA Technology Survey, 84 percent of the 84,000 attorneys representing firms in Canada, Australia, the United Kingdom and the United States, currently use Microsoft Outlook/Exchange as their email platform, up 15 percent from 2002. Through ZANTAZ EAS, Client Profiles can now provide the legal community with trusted, proven archiving options related to Microsoft Outlook/Exchange.

"The Client Profiles and ZANTAZ partnership is a real testament to the Microsoft Partner Program, which aims to drive investment and enablement that directly affect the long-term prospects of the partner ecosystem," said Norm Thomas, Director, Professional Services Industry Solutions, Microsoft Corporation. "Client Profiles and ZANTAZ deliver a high level of integration and operation of their solutions with Microsoft products including Outlook/Exchange."

ZANTAZ EAS provides advanced email management and storage optimization with industry-leading performance for the retrieval of archived email. By creating efficient indexes of the archived messages, EAS enables the efficient search and retrieval of information both for end user productivity and to mitigate information-related risk. Currently 9 of the top 10 Am Law Global 100 law firms, 11 of the top Fortune 25 companies and 14 of the top 20 financial services firms utilize ZANTAZ applications.

"We are receiving very positive feedback from our EAS clients within the legal marketplace," said Ken Edoff, Vice President of Channel Sales, ZANTAZ. "Client Profiles' leadership, proven expertise and broad contacts within the legal community will greatly extend our ability to raise awareness of our email archiving application within this important vertical."

"ZANTAZ is a trusted leader when it comes to addressing firms' email archiving and management challenges. We want to provide the Client Profiles client and prospect base with these applications and see our strategic partnership as the most efficient means to do this," said Whit McIsaac, President and CEO, Client Profiles.
