Meridio and Software House International agree on strategic marketing and reseller agreement

Meridio, a global leader of enterprise Document and Records Management (EDRM) systems, and Software House International, SHI, a global procurement outsourcing company and leading business-to-business solution provider have signed a UK marketing and reseller agreement. The agreement will increase the ability of Meridio and SHI to market Meridio EDRM solutions to SHI's large corporate customer base and the growing market in central and local government organizations.

Meridio develops EDRM solutions exclusively for Microsoft platforms and has grown quickly in the last five years with its rapid deployment, enterprise-wide record management compliance solutions for both the public and private sectors. SHI UK, which opened its European Headquarters 1998 in Milton Keynes, is Microsoft's newest UK Large Account Reseller. It had US revenues of $1.02 billion in Microsoft business last MS fiscal year and received Microsoft's Operational Excellence Award as a North American LAR.

This agreement will significantly enhance Meridio's ability to reach new customers", says Nigel Hutchinson, Vice President of Meridio, and EMEA.

Meridio EDRM solutions are seamlessly integrated with the Microsoft Information Worker products and Meridio is approved against both the UK's PRO 2002 and the US DoD 5015.2 records management standards.
