ZANTAZĀ® Announces Nine New Partners to Join Newly Enhanced Channel Program

Industry Leader Helps IT Solution Providers Expand Services and Value To Meet Needs of Rapidly Growing Email Archiving and Compliance Market Worldwide

PLEASANTON, CA (August 31, 2005) - ZANTAZ, Inc., the global leader in Information Retention and Discovery Management (IRDM) solutions, today announced the addition of nine new partners to its newly expanded worldwide ZANTAZ EAS Channel Partner Program. The program is targeted at resellers across the globe specifically focused on adding value and enhanced service to their client base through scalable email archiving and management solutions that optimize storage systems and manage information-related risk.

"Developing strong relationships with highly respected resellers across the globe is a key growth strategy for ZANTAZ," said Ken Edoff, Vice President of Channel Marketing, ZANTAZ. "We are serious about quickly expanding the ZANTAZ EAS Channel Partner Program and continue to offer the incentives that make partnering with ZANTAZ attractive to resellers. Our market-leading product, highly competitive pricing model and responsive support services ensure a win-win for both the resellers as well as their customers who gain access to a comprehensive email archiving solution available worldwide."

"China is an emerging market with untapped potential in email archiving, so choosing the right partner is essential to the successful growth of our partner and us," said Eddie Hui, CEO of EMAO Services, based in Shanghai. "The ZANTAZ EAS product line aids us in making sure our common goals are met by offering the best in email archiving and storage solutions." EMAO Services provides business consulting, development of channel partners, marketing support and manpower services for overseas vendors to maximize their return on investment in China.

Vendor opportunity in this marketplace is substantial, with email archiving being one of the fastest growing segments in technology today. A 2005 Osterman Research, Inc. report indicates that 44 percent of enterprises expect to implement an archiving solution in the next 18 months. And, according to IDC, the expected size of the worldwide market for compliance information management solutions will be $20 billion in 2009. The ZANTAZ channel partner team is dedicated to assisting partners in growing and expanding their business to meet these burgeoning market requirements.

"ePartners is excited to add the ZANTAZ EAS solution to our broad set of Microsoft offerings, as it delivers the most comprehensive range of options for automated file management, regulatory compliance, and user access and restorability," said Jeff Powers, Vice President of Infrastructure Services at ePartners. "As a Microsoft Gold Partner and two-time Microsoft Business Solutions Global Partner of the Year, we have the consulting, technical, training and industry-specific resources necessary to not only deliver a sound business strategy, but help our customers streamline their infrastructure for optimal efficiency and compliance."

Channel partner benefits are available across three levels-Referral Partner, Diamond Partner and Platinum Partner-with incentives that increase based on participation and level of commitment. Each program level benefits from a wide range of sales, marketing and technical documentation tools designed to enhance the reseller's value proposition and broaden future opportunities. Elevated levels of target specific revenue generating tactics include technical and sales training, lead generation activities, complimentary use of ZANTAZ products in-house, and pre- and post-sales support.

Joining ZANTAZ' expanded channel partner program along with ePartners and EMAO Services are:
