ZANTAZĀ® Adds Ramesys to Impressive List of Partners

LONDON (May 18, 2005) - ZANTAZ, Inc., the global leader of information retention and discovery management solutions, today announced the addition of IT services provider Ramesys as a UK premier managed service partner for ZANTAZ Enterprise Archive Solution (EAS).

Ramesys will offer the full ZANTAZ EAS product line to its customers in the UK. ZANTAZ EAS manages the archival and retrieval, management and long-term retention of emails and files.

"Ramesys will take EAS to the UK-based legal market initially, which is at the forefront of compliance and information risk," said Keith Quinn of Essential Computing Ltd, ZANTAZ' main European distributor. "The combination of ZANTAZ EAS and Ramesys' expertise in keeping IT costs manageable will help Ramesys' clients manage storage issues while ensuring information is retained and easily retrievable."

The announcement comes one week after ZANTAZ announced a similar partnership with Diagonal Security, which is also now offering ZANTAZ EAS as part of its digital security solutions. ZANTAZ and Essential Computing have measurably increased the number of partners in Europe in the last four months. In addition to Ramesys and Diagonal Security, new partners include IBM Denmark, SIT Group in Luxembourg, ITEX Guernsey and Keytech Managed Services in the UK.

The scalability of the ZANTAZ EAS architecture, along with its robustness and flexibility, results in dramatic storage savings, improved productivity, and the assurance of meeting regulatory and legal requirements. Designed for both Microsoft Exchange and Lotus Notes environments, ZANTAZ EAS offers the widest possible range of options at every level of the product family, ensuring unparalleled flexibility and versatility.

"As electronic communications and files increase, businesses need to consider how best to manage that proliferation in terms of storage and administration," said Rob Wileman, Managed Services Director at Ramesys. "For those sectors needing to comply with Data Protection and Freedom of Information requirements, the ability to search and retrieve information quickly and easily is becoming critical. By partnering with ZANTAZ, Ramesys can help clients resolve those issues effectively."

Additional solutions in the EAS product family create a comprehensive highly scalable approach to the management of corporate and electronic files. ZANTAZ EAS Storage Manager allows a company to implement automatic, policy-driven storage and retention management. ZANTAZ EAS Search offers a fast and accurate interface for searching and retrieving files. ZANTAZ also offers solutions that empower organisations to conduct more advanced inspections in accordance with industry regulations and corporate governance policies.
