Cambridge, England - 5 May, 2005 - Autonomy Corporation plc (LSE: AU. or AUTN.L), a global leader in infrastructure software for the enterprise, today announced that Hutchison 3G, holder of the world's largest third generation mobile phone licenses operating under the brand "3", has extended its contract with Autonomy to cover its Irish 3G network. Autonomy's technology, which is core-embedded into the system, will power the automatic delivery and classification of content from the internet directly to users' handsets. This latest contract is an extension of the Autonomy contract already covering the United Kingdom, Italy, Austria, Sweden, Hong Kong, Thailand and Australia. The contract includes license and support and maintenance elements.
