ZANTAZ®, Diagonal Security Partnership Combines Email Archiving with Data Security
LONDON (April 27, 2005) ZANTAZ, Inc., the leader in information retention and discovery management solutions, today announced a distribution partnership with Diagonal Security, a leading provider of information security solutions in the UK and a division of European technology integration leader, Morse.
Under the terms of the agreement, Diagonal Security will resell ZANTAZ' award-winning Enterprise Archive Solution (ZANTAZ EAS), an onsite archiving and retention management solution that offers organisations a better way to manage email and file records, as part of its range of solutions for information security. Diagonal Security combines leading security technologies with security consulting services to offer client-specific security solutions.
Organisations in the UK are viewing security as one of their major challenges. They are operating in environments of increased connectivity with sophisticated threats and growing regulatory requirements. They are faced with increasingly difficult decisions about where to invest, how much to invest and which security technologies they should invest in. The combination of ZANTAZ EAS and Diagonal Security's proven consulting services will help corporate and government clients assess their risks and better understand their information security and retention needs.
The announcement comes at a time of significant European channel expansion for ZANTAZ. ZANTAZ, and its main European distributor, Essential Computing, have measurably increased the number of partners in Europe this year. In addition to Diagonal Security, new partners include IBM Denmark, SIT Group in Luxembourg, ITEX Guernsey, Ramesys Group and Keytech Managed Services in the UK.
The Diagonal Security relationship is unique in that it combines two critical needs for compliance with digital information: security and digital archiving. Current and forthcoming European and UK regulations require corporate and government organizations to maintain digital data in a secure and easily retrievable manner.
