Young has also held a number of senior sales director and business management roles with IBM, Xerox, Intershop and Canon.
"I am thrilled to be joining such a dynamic and evolving business at a critical time in Verity's growth plans," says Spencer Young. "The UK has a very talented team, which I look forward to working with. Together we will continue to provide real business value to our customers and partners.
