ZANTAZĀ® Announces Appointment of Two New Members to its Board of Directors

New Directors Bring Wealth of Industry Experience to ZANTAZ Board

PLEASANTON, CA (November 30, 2004) - ZANTAZ, Inc., the leader in digital archiving, compliance and discovery management solutions, today announced the appointments of John Dorman, former Chairman, President and CEO of Digital Insight Corporation and Stephen Richards, Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer of McAfee, Inc. to its Board of Directors.

"Mr. Dorman and Mr. Richards are wonderful additions to an already exceptional Board of Directors," said Steve King, President and CEO of ZANTAZ. "Both bring significant expertise and guidance from their executive tenures at global leaders such as Oracle, Digital Insight, McAfee, E*TRADE and Bear Stearns. We are delighted to have access to their collective strategic insight and operational experience as ZANTAZ continues to expand as a global leader in the marketplace."

Dorman's background includes more than 20 years of experience in the high tech and financial services industries. As Chairman, President and CEO of Digital Insight Corporation, he helped build the largest outsourced provider of Internet banking services, offering a comprehensive portfolio of Internet-based financial products and services that enable banks, credit unions and other financial companies to serve their consumer and commercial customers over the Internet.

Prior to Digital Insight, Dorman was SVP of the Global Financial Services Division at Oracle Corporation. In this position, he was responsible for all of the product development, services and sales to banks and brokerage firms worldwide, generating more than $400 million in revenues. Dorman also founded and led Treasury Services Corporation as President and CEO, and eventually sold the company to Oracle.

As the current Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer of McAfee, Inc., Richards brings a wealth of finance and operational experience to ZANTAZ. Under Richards' financial leadership, McAfee was named one of The Wall Street Journal's highest growth companies of 2001. Mr. Richards recently announced his plan to retire from McAfee at the end of 2004 in order to spend more time with his family and pursue other personal interests. Prior to joining McAfee, Richards served in a variety of executive roles at E*TRADE Group, Inc. including CFO and Chief Online Trading Officer. Richards also held the position of Managing Director and CFO of correspondent clearing at Bear Stearns & Companies, Inc. Currently, Richards is a member of the Board of Directors at Tradestation Group, Inc., Cray Inc. and the Pacific Stock Exchange.

Dorman and Richards join ZANTAZ' current Board members Peter Currie (Special Advisor to General Atlantic Partners), Perry Ha (Managing Partner of Athena Technology Ventures), Anton Levy (Principal of General Atlantic Partners), Dan Tompkins (Managing Partner of Novus Ventures) and Steve King (ZANTAZ President and CEO).
