AUNGATE LAUNCHES SEXUAL HARASSMENT AND DISCRIMINATION DETECTION MODULE
Compliance technology detects potential violations of professional conduct by monitoring the intent of electronic communications

Aungate's new detection module has been developed at the behest of customers and in the light of recent high profile cases in the financial industry.
By automatically detecting potential violations of behavior and alerting the enterprise in real time, prior to poor practices becoming entrenched and irreparable, proactive remedial action can be taken which realigns individuals with the more positive culture that today's benchmark companies' desire. In recent months a number of reports on legal payout and settlements resulting from the "inappropriate behaviour" of employees in well-known financial services companies have reached the public and shaken the financial industry. More often than not, cases of professional misconduct and sexual harassment in the workplace could be have been avoided if detected early enough.
