Dralasoft Launches Aggressive Channel Reseller Program

New Effort Built Around Company's Award-Winning Business Process Management Products Will Include Certification Training, Sales/Marketing Support, Competitive Margins

WESTMINSTER, CO - 2004-09-08 - Dralasoft, Inc., a leading innovator of Java™ technology for Business Process Management (BPM), today announced the debut of a powerful, results-oriented Channel Reseller Program aimed at attracting top-name VARs (Value-Added Resellers) in a broad range of vertical markets. Dralasoft believes its Channel Reseller Program will provide partners with the strongest Business Process Management product capability in the industry.

Working Relationship

Dralasoft's new program will place heavy emphasis on personal contact, training, and ongoing exchange of information. Newly-signed partners will not only attend a quick-start program orientation, but also will receive comprehensive product and sales training at the Dralasoft facilities. These initial events, which lead to "Authorized" reseller status, will be followed by shared marketing and sales activities.

After a prescribed number of customer implementations, a reseller can achieve "Certified" status—an accomplishment that includes press releases, co-opted marketing collateral, written "Success Stories," and recognition on Dralasoft's website as a "Certified BPM" specialist. "Earning certification in Dralasoft's channel program is a statement of proven accomplishment, not simply proof that someone has spent a few hours online or in a classroom and passed a test," said Ken Beam, owner of The VAR-City, a Dallas-based channel consulting group managing the channel program. "It is our intent to structure each element of the Dralasoft program to fully support reseller partners, recognizing that their success is Dralasoft's success."

In addition to the quick-start training and orientation, Dralasoft will work with new channel partners to map out their first year sales and marketing plans, schedule further technical training, and coordinate all resources needed to assure partners of successful program implementation.

Strong Incentives

As a guiding principle of the new reseller program, Dralasoft is committed to zero channel conflict. At the same time, the program is designed to maximize full participation by rewarding members in good standing; e.g., product fulfillment and inbound leads going to program members who have met all scheduled requirements. Profit margins will be highly competitive, and will be aligned to benefit partners according to their sales of Dralasoft products as well as their overall commitment to the program.
