New Version Enables Customers to Manage Millions of Pages of Paper and Electronic Documents in a Single Database

Introspect 5 provides enhanced, high-performance searching, search-term highlighting, image review, foldering, and production capabilities for all types of documents including native electronic files and email, scanned images and transcripts.
Introspect is the flagship product of ZANTAZ' Discovery Management Solutions Business Unit, formerly Steelpoint Technologies, Inc. ZANTAZ made the product announcement and will be presenting a live demonstration of Introspect 5 at LawNet 2004, booths 504 and 706, currently taking place in Scottsdale, Arizona.

Scalable Architecture. Process tens of millions of pages with hundreds of simultaneous users.
Integrated electronic data processing with TIFF-on-demand. Hundreds of types of electronic documents can be annotated, redacted or highlighted and produced in either TIFF or native format, reducing the cost and complexity of electronic discovery.
Improved, easy-to-use search interface. A new interface combines intuitive navigation with advanced search capabilities such as multi-level, complex parenthetical expressions, the ability to combine comparisons and expression searches and the option to save or edit all searches across Windows Explorer and browser interfaces. Users can find, organize and review documents faster and navigate folders much more efficiently.
Simplified administration capabilities. Introspect 5 fully supports the latest Windows security features with total security at the case, folder, document, annotation and field level. Centralized security administration and monitoring reduce the management burden caused by increasing numbers of users and documents.
The flexibility of Introspect's three-tiered architecture allows each client to configure their system for optimal hardware usage and performance. The new action management capability allows users to initiate several long running transactions simultaneously and process them asynchronously, to ensure the system remains at peak responsiveness for other users. Asynchronous processing also permits the real-time indexing of new documents added to the system without any impact on system performance.
Introspect 5 is a key addition to ZANTAZ' suite of solutions that help customers more effectively manage documents and electronic records across the entire records and discovery management value chain. ZANTAZ' Compliance and Archiving solutions-including the on-demand, hosted Digital Safe archiving service and the onsite Exchange Archive Solution (EAS)-produce data in native format that can be processed and loaded into Introspect 5, providing a unified discovery workflow, from document capture and retention, to access, review and production. This streamlined, proactive process delivers a single point of accountability for customer data, significantly reduces costs and minimizes the risk of multiple vendors handling customer's evidentiary data.
