ZANTAZĀ® Receives the 2004 MSD2D.COM People's Choice Award for the Best Archiving Product

ZANTAZ Exchange Archive Solution (EAS) is Recognized by Microsoft Exchange Community as Best-in-Class

Pleasanton, CA (May 26, 2004) - ZANTAZ, Inc., the leader in e-communications management solutions for compliance, electronic discovery and storage management, today announced that MSD2D.com, an online resource for the Microsoft Exchange, SharePoint, .NET and Security communities, awarded ZANTAZ' Exchange Archive Solution (EAS) as the winner in the best archiving product category based on a Microsoft Exchange user poll. The announcement was made this week at Microsoft's Tech-Ed 2004 conference in San Diego, California (Booth #532).

"We are especially honored that Exchange users themselves have chosen ZANTAZ for the People's Choice award," said Craig Olson, Vice President of Marketing, ZANTAZ. "This award demonstrates how the ZANTAZ EAS solution is helping our customers effectively manage the complexities of data archiving and storage management worldwide."

With its fully distributed architecture, EAS provides organizations with a better way to manage MS Exchange email records across geographically dispersed locations. EAS provides centrally managed and administered control of email policies while still allowing for regional dependencies and administration of messages. EAS significantly reduces email server load, secures intellectual property, and empowers end-users to easily access, retrieve and restore email regardless of their geographic location. As a result, companies are now able to effectively incorporate email into their overall records management strategy and they are better able to comply with industry regulations.

This announcement comes on the heels of ZANTAZ winning the prestigious Codie Award for Best Application Service Solution for its Digital Safe service this month. In addition, ZANTAZ also won a 2004 Crossroads A-List award in April, based on extensive customer feedback surrounding the effectiveness of the its Digital Safe solution.
