ZANTAZĀ® Announces Appointment of Industry Veterans Joan Burke and Brian Walsh to Executive Team

New ZANTAZ Team Members Bring Proven Track Record of Success to Contribute to ZANTAZ' Continued Growth

PLEASANTON, CA (April 14, 2004) - ZANTAZ, Inc., the leader in e-communications management solutions for compliance, electronic discovery and storage management, today announced the appointment of Brian Walsh to Vice President of Services and Joan Burke to Vice President of Human Resources.

Walsh will oversee the primary areas of customer implementations, data center operations, customer support and satisfaction, quality assurance, production support, and professional services. Walsh joins ZANTAZ with seventeen years of business operations experience, most recently at Exodus Communications where he held accountability for service delivery, project management, process analysis, and metrics & measurements.

Walsh's success at Exodus included managing Exodus' client services and financial planning and analysis organizations which consisted of 175 technical project managers responsible for customer implementations, as well as the supporting processes, procedures and systems. Walsh instituted successful programs to drive customer satisfaction, cost reduction, and services revenue growth at Exodus and was responsible for instituting programs and practices that ensured a positive total customer experience. Walsh also held key management positions at organizations including USWeb Worldport and INMAC.

In her role as Vice President of Human Resources, Burke will be responsible for leading ZANTAZ' global Human Resources operations and practices, enhancing employee relations and building culture, specifically as it relates to the company's core values. As a member of the ZANTAZ executive team, Burke will play a key role in the company's strategy to attract, develop and retain world-class talent.

Burke joins ZANTAZ with a strong track record and over 25 years experience leading, designing and implementing innovative, results-oriented human resources programs, processes and best practices. Joan has held senior human resources management positions at firms including John Hancock Financial, Indus International, Softnet Systems, The Industry Standard, and most recently ABHOW.
