Solution specialists sign to resell Cardiff's market leading Web-based process automation solutions

Brentford, England - 2004-03-10 - Cardiff Software Ltd., a leading provider of content input and process management solutions for global enterprises, today announced that Dreamsoft, a French-based consulting and integration service company, and Realise, Scotland's leading e-business solutions company have become certified channel partners for Cardiff LiquidOffice™. Additionally, Realise will act as a certified channel partner for Cardiff LiquidCapture™.

Founded in 1999, Dreamsoft has considerable experience integrating workflow and portal products into organisations across a range of vertical markets. They offer services that help their customers fulfill the goal of synchronizing IT strategy and corporate strategy.

"The powerful out-of-the-box functionality of LiquidOffice will enable us to build and deploy form-driven automated processes more quickly and efficiently," said Marc Muller, Dreamsoft chief executive officer. "This, coupled with Cardiff's reputation for supporting partners with exceptional education and support, convinced us to commit to selling this solution over other alternatives."

Realise has successfully delivered e-business solutions for a number of large enterprises in both the financial and professional services sectors. Its extensive client list includes Standard Life, Baillie Gifford, Masons and the National Trust for Scotland. Cardiff's suite of business process automation solutions will complement Realise's existing content management, document management and portal product portfolio which includes Interwoven , RedDot, Plumtree and Vignette technologies.

Cardiff's capture and eForm solutions add cause to ensure visibility, consistency and security of data as eForm-based processes move through an organisation. With open standard support for all types of forms, including PDF, HTML and InfoPath, Cardiff enables organisations to experience immediate time and cost savings and higher value interaction with customers, resulting in an increase in overall business performance.

"Our track record of offering first class solutions and expertise that deliver proven ROI is fundamental to our success," said Gerry Johnston, Realise Managing Director. "Cardiff shares the same philosophy. We have identified several key areas where we see demand for Liquid Capture and LiquidOffice, especially within the finance and public sectors, and we will be aggressively targeting these opportunities."

"Cardiff is delighted to welcome Dreamsoft and Realise as certified channel partners for our solutions," said Tim Dubes, vice president EMEA sales and marketing.
