Leaders Join to Deliver End-to-End, Hosted and Onsite E-Communications Management Solutions for Compliance, Electronic Discovery and Email Management

The acquisition brings together the market leader for hosted compliance and discovery solutions and the industry's best-of-breed solution for onsite email archiving and management, to create the only single-source provider of end-to-end e-communications management solutions for compliance, electronic discovery and email storage management. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
