Global Adoption of Cardiff LiquidOffice™ Continues as Leading Dutch Company Deploys Solution Throughout Enterprise
Simac Techniek NV implements Cardiff LiquidOffice to Enable Self-Service for All Employees
Brentford, England - 2004-01-21 - Cardiff Software Ltd., a leading provider of content input and process management solutions for leading enterprises, today announced that Simac Techniek NV, a Dutch holding company that employs over 700 employees throughout Central and Western Europe, has purchased Cardiff LiquidOffice™ to automate its time sheet approval process for its remote workforce. The solution will then be extended to automate employee self service forms including expenses, holiday requests and equipment requisition.
LiquidOffice's Web-based architecture will initially be used to enable Simac's team of remote consultants to access, complete and submit timesheets around the clock. The solution will enable Simac to benefit from reduced mailing costs, elimination of lost forms and the faster processing of forms by up to five days.
"We needed a solution that our employees could access over the Internet," said Peter Bouwmans, Director at Simac. "It means that business critical forms can now be collected instantly from the field and passed straight into a workflow for routing tracking and approval. These are now processed significantly faster than was previously possible."
