Cardiff Announces Significant Customer Adoption of LiquidOffice in the Third Quarter

San Diego, CA - 2003-11-19 - Cardiff Software Inc., a leading global provider of document capture and eForm solutions for the enterprise, today announced a significant increase in Q3 for the adoption of its LiquidOffice application for managing eForm-based workflow. Organizations see real value in moving legacy form-based processes to the online environment and are making it a top purchasing priority as IT dollars become available, feeding the increase in LiquidOffice demand.
With between 400 and 900 form-based business processes existing in the average organization (less than $1B revenue), document workflow and management is often a cumbersome task that can negatively impact revenue and employee efficiency if not mastered through business process automation. Because documents are often housed in legacy systems, the process of interacting with and impacting forms is difficult and time consuming.
