Cardiff Software Announces EMEA Channel Growth for Cardiff LiquidCapture™

12 organisations across Europe become certified on Cardiff's Web-based document capture solution to meet market demand

Brentford, England - 2003-11-17 - Cardiff Software Ltd., a leading global provider of document capture and eForm solutions for the enterprise, today announced that 12 organisations across Europe have completed certification training to resell their Web-based document capture solution, Cardiff LiquidCapture™. LiquidCapture enables large organisations with distributed business environments to gather, assemble and index critical business documents over the Web.

LiquidCapture is ideal for distributed organisations that are looking to streamline business operations to improve productivity and reduce costs. As a thin client Web-based solution for the capture and indexing of paper and electronic documents, LiquidCapture saves time by eliminating the need to mail or ship documents between sites, which ends delays, long transaction cycles and lost documents.

Kenneth Pantzer, of Cardiff's Swedish partner Alcom System AB says, "We have seen interest in LiquidCapture in a number of key vertical markets, most notably banking/finance and insurance, government and retail. LiquidCapture is perfectly positioned to deliver significant cost savings and increase efficiencies within distributed organisations in these sectors."

LiquidCapture provides significant timesavings, financial productivity and customer satisfaction by enabling distributed organisations to quickly and easily capture and route paper and electronic documents into a workflow process. Utilising proven technology for Web services, Web scanning and Web indexing, LiquidCapture accelerates the flow and distribution of electronic and paper documents, providing workflow designed process and review stages before connecting to document and content management or archival systems.

Tim Dubes, vice president EMEA sales and marketing comments, "Uptake of LiquidCapture among the VAR community has been strong, driven by a growing requirement for businesses to automate document driven tasks with a Web-based structure into processes directly from the remote locations."

The release of LiquidCapture represents a significant extension of Cardiff's established suite of BPA solutions that are offered to Cardiff OneSource Channel Partners. Cardiff's OneSource program capitalises on the company's integrated suite of business process automation solutions, which includes TELEform®, LiquidCapture and LiquidOffice™, providing excellent opportunities for service revenue and software margins for resellers and integrators.

Cardiff's powerful, standards-compliant suite of products enables organisations to realise a rapid return on investment through improved operational efficiencies, reduced manual data entry costs, improved information accuracy, automated routing procedures, and immediate, personalised communications to customers, partners and employees. Cardiff offers two levels of channel partner certification; authorised and certified status. More information on Cardiff's OneSource Channel Partner Program can be found at www.cardiff.com/partners.
