Agile Chooses Dralasoft Workflow for PLM Software Installation

Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) Software Provider Incorporates Dralasoft's BPM Product in Solution for Global High-Technology Electronics Company

WESTMINSTER, CO - 2003-10-29 - Dralasoft, Inc., a leading innovator of Java™ technology for e-business and enterprise application infrastructure, today announced that its core Business Process Management (BPM) software, Dralasoft Workflow™, has been chosen by Agile Software Corporation to power Agile Product Interchange, a solution that is part of Agile's Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) suite. The PLM product, now in use, coordinates all new business and acquisition processes for a multi-national high-tech electronics manufacturer operating in North America, Europe, and other major regions around the world.

Agile's PLM applications help companies of all types bring products to market faster and more profitably. Agile's suite of applications-Agile Product Collaboration™, Agile Program Execution™, Agile Product Cost Management™, Agile Engineering Collaboration™, Agile Product Service and Improvement™, and Agile Product Interchange™-enable organizations to seamlessly design, source, make, sell, and service their wares with complete visibility across all facets of the organization.

According to Nageen Sharma, vice president, customer care, Asia at Agile, the company chose Dralasoft Workflow for inclusion in its latest customer installation due to Workflow's ease of use, its streamlined technology, and its competitive price. "Our requirements called for a BPM solution that could be easily used by a wide range of users throughout the customer's workforce," said Sharma. "Dralasoft Workflow can accommodate these multiple touchpoints. We also felt it provided a higher value-to-price ratio than other business process management alternatives."

Dralasoft Workflow, a well-known BPM product, reduces the complexity and cost of integrating business processes into various mission-critical business functions. Able to support many common processes including Customer Relationship Management (CRM), content management, e-commerce, expense approval, Sales Force Automation (SFA), and others, Dralasoft Workflow is built entirely on the Java platform, and supports XML data exchange as well as relational database exchange for persistent storage of data.

"Dralasoft is excited to play a part in this major Agile implementation," said Richard Rogers, Vice President of Business Operations for Dralasoft. "Dralasoft Workflow is employed in essential business applications for some of the world's best-known companies including Sears, Sony, and Xerox. Having Workflow incorporated in Agile's PLM product suite provides further proof of its performance. We look forward to working with Agile on other opportunities in the future."

The new enterprise solution will be used by a number of operations, marketing/sales, and supply chain personnel at the electronics manufacturer.
